If you are going to tell a customer you can machine a part to close tolerances, not only do you need the right equipment to machine the part, you need the right equipment to prove it!

ARC continually invests in state of the art equipment for machining and inspection. Our latest addition is our Mazak Integrex 400IV S CNC turning and milling center. We've also had our Mitutoyo BHN710 upgraded with the latest MCOSMOS software with DMIS compatibility and custom reporting. This compliments our Brown & Sharpe MicroHite DCC with PC-DMIS. Both CMM's allow us to provide electronic measurement data to our customers for their parts. Another addition is our Mitsubishi MH60 En horizontal milling center with 40hp 50 taper spindle and dual 24in x 24in pallets. Shown at left is ARC's Mazak 400IVS with (2) 15" chucks and KM63 mill/turn spindle. Chuck to chuck repeatability is .0002 in.

ARC's new Mitsubishi MH60En horizontal milling center has (2) 24 in x 24 in pallets and rotary encoder for 360 degree indexing.

Our Deckel DMU-125 P 5-axis milling center has a 12,000 rpm spindle, 3,300 lb table capacity, linear anti-friction guideways and Heidenhain glass scales on all axes.
